We are looking for who is customer oriented and knows what web hosting is. Our Customer Service agent need to provide exceptional customer service on a consistent basis and "WOW!" our customer
If you are unsure what web hosting is, then i'm afraid this position isn't for you .You are welcome to apply if you are good with using a computer and ready to learn!
Key Responsibilities
- Processing sales orders.
- Providing prompt customer support via tickets, live chat, and assisting with basic hosting needs.
- Troubleshooting various technical and non-technical issues related to web hosting plans and services.
- Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualification & Requirement
- Understanding of different hosting products such as Shared, Reseller, and VPS.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Experience with documenting procedures.
- Comfortable speaking with customers via telephone, ticket, and live chat.
- Outstanding customer service skills in any situation.
- Readiness to learn and improve.
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is a plus.
- Laptop to handle complex task
