 Steps to Point Domain to New Host:

  1. Get the Nameservers or A Record from the New Host

  2. Log in to Your Domain Registrar

    • E.g., GOnline Sites, GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.

  3. Update the Domain’s Nameservers

    • Go to DNS management or Nameserver settings

    • Replace old nameservers with the new ones

  4. OR

    • Change only the A record to point to the new IP address

  5. Wait for DNS Propagation

    • Takes up to 24–48 hours
